Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in-app at any time. We pro-rate the change so you only pay for what you use. Annual contracts switch on the next renewal cycle.
Do you offer per-channel pricing?
No. AiTCRM is priced per seat, not per channel or per integration. Pro and Enterprise tiers include unlimited channels, vendors, and tenants — sub-agents, master agents, and resellers all bill per active user.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month on Starter and Pro with a 14-day free trial — cancel anytime. Enterprise is annual by default with quarterly business reviews; multi-year discounts available on request.
Do you white-label?
White-label is included on Enterprise: your own domain, your branding, your support email. Pro tier supports custom branding inside the AiTCRM UI but keeps the AiTCRM domain. Channel-partners selling AiTCRM under their own brand should start with Enterprise.
What's included in the Channel Ops add-on?
All five sub-modules: AI inbox triage, workflow automation, Smartsheet bi-directional sync, commissions / RPM / AppDirect bill reconciliation, and the partner onboarding portal. Channel Ops is bundled into the Pro tier at no extra cost — no separate SKU, no per-channel fees.
Do you support BYOC (bring-your-own-cloud)?
Enterprise tier only. We deploy AiTCRM into your AWS, GCP, or Azure account so data never leaves your tenancy. Common for telecom agencies with carrier-confidential commission data and government channel partners.
